Located in one of Tokyo’s most prestigious districts where tradition meets modern sophistication, Smith & Wollensky Ginza will debut as a flagship restaurant spanning three expansive floors. The spacious interior features a dynamic main dining room, an elegant bar lounge, and private dining rooms designed to accommodate both business gatherings and special occasions.
Guests can enjoy exceptional steaks selected under the brand’s uncompromising standards. In addition to authentic American dry-aged steaks, the signature “Swinging Tomahawk Ribeye,” presented dramatically while suspended, offers a truly one-of-a-kind dining experience. Complementing these dishes is an extensive wine collection of nearly 450 labels carefully curated by our sommeliers from around the world. From classic vintages to private selections, guests can explore perfect pairings for every course.
On the main floor, live jazz performances set the tone for a sophisticated evening in Ginza. Experience the exceptional hospitality that defines Smith & Wollensky.
